POSITION SUMMARY:

The individual is responsible for supporting all customer operations activities. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to manage customer order flow, provide customer service support to key trading partners and support sales team in account set up and changes. The successful candidate will display an ability to work with multiple vendor partners to gather and assess optimal ordering platforms and assist in flawless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following
  • Work with 3PL provider and assigned accounts to establish initial set up of customers with 3PL
  • Coordinate with sales partner in changes or corrections for existing customers
  • Receive and / or coordinate order fulfillment for assigned trading partner
  • Manage order flow and process for key trading partners by actively communicating on a regular interval to ensure appropriate inventories are on hand
  • Track order fulfilment via the appropriate 3PL and proactively address shipment issues
  • Consult and work in conjunction with sales partner to ensure order fulfillment partner is best suited for trading partner and coordinate changes if needed.
  • Manage day to day order flow with 3PL partner
  • Provides reports and analysis to home office senior management and field personnel as necessary
  • Intake and address inquiries from trading partners
  • Work closely with sales partner in assigned geography to ensure optimal customer service is maintained.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BA/BS in related field preferred
  • 2+ years in B2B customer support
  • Ability to access vendor portals to gather key information
  • Experience with VEEVA preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with varied trading partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and web-based data platforms
  • Professional, proactive demeanor
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
